This is a half-hour presentation that explains many of the fundamentals of High Reliability Organizing (HRO), complete with notes to assist the presenter, created with the field level firefighter and crew in mind. The original version of this presentation was tested with US Fish & Wildlife Service Fire Management personnel in 2006. They have since dedicated themselves to becoming skilled in HRO.
