I have noticed that while we talk a lot about heat related illnesses and proper hydration, we infrequently talk about just as dangerous a condition- hyponatremia. This is when someone OVER hydrates and doesn't eat enough or take in enough electrolytes, which sounds a lot like what Anna had done. It commonly presents with paleness, confusion, fatigue, and altered LOR.
