[State]: New Mexico[Date]: 05/19/2022[Incident Type]: FallA base camp manager experienced a fall onto concrete stepping onto a cooler from the tailgate of a truck. FS EMTs were involved in transporting the patient via agency helicopter to a local hospital. The patient sustained a fractured elbow, orbital fracture and a laceration that did not require stitches.
